The hotel is conveniently location on top of the railway station with shoping mall connected to the hotel. In addition to the very good restaurants inside the hotel, there are so many different kinds of restaurants in the mall. The service was good from the day I entered the hotel to the day I left. The room was not clean but also cleaned in a timely manner. In the heart of Kowllon, the location is excellent . Transportation to and from the hotel was great, taxicabs by the front door, buses within walking distance. The only problem is it is a kind of far from the subway station. Definitely worth the money and I will take this hotel again!

The Royal Plaza Hotel is a fantastic hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is conveniently located above the MTR Mong Kong East station making trips on the train a breeze. Its also a very short walking distance from the Mong Kong MTR station and the Prince Edward MTR station. I would stay at this hotel again, I was very happy with the service, location and cost.

Excellent service all personel at the Royal Plaza Hotel are great and very professional and courteous!!! My wife and i stayed for 10 days at RPH. near everything, she love the location of the hotel and the walking distance of the beautiful Mall and Ladies market near by. also the popular Nathan Road shopping was a walking distance...all in all it was a great experience.... The RPHotel comes with security depost box in room...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This impressive hotel is part of a larger complex with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Local subway (MTR) and many street markets close by as well. Shuttle cost to/from airport very reasonable - do NOT take a taxi. The beds are a little harder than I am used to but would stay there again anytime. If you are going to be meeting someone at the hotel, make sure they have your full name available (room number too if possible). Hotel will not allow them to call your room without your full name.

The staff are VERY polite and helpful.Excellent location, grand lobby. MUST check out the bar lounge in the lobby, the singers are cool & have a dance or 2 in the pool :) The queue at the counter when checking-in annoyed me & toilet bowl leaks (but I believe this is a seperate case, nothing to do with the hotel's overall service)
