Great location in the heart of the town. Needed no car. Easy access to shops, great pubs, shopping and transportation options. Inn was comfortable, clean and the staff provided good, courteous service. Definitely would return!

This hotel is THE BEST in Galway. It's got all the pubs, shops and restaurants right at your doorstep plus a wonderful view of the water. The staff was more than helpful, polite and were very accomodating. They let us store our luggage after checkout (while we waited for our car to become available), gave advice on a restaurant to eat at, called a cab for us and much more. They really were very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and in very nice condition. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Galway. Enjoy!

The hotel is being renovated so there were some inconveniences - high speed internet disconnected in our room. But they gave us free Wi-Fi to replace it. Fixtures in the bathroom needed some tightening, but were adequate. Parking was reduced for hotel guests, but was still expensive. However, the location made up for the small problems. We would definitely stay there again.
