I had several charges on my bill that were based on a mistake made by the hotel staff. I spoke with two different managers, both of which refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend staying at any hotel that does not consider itself responsible for mistakes made by its staff. Other than the poor customer service, the hotel was average.
