  Imperial hotel is close to many popular shopping malls and attractions, such as Harbour City and Space Museum. It is also in walking distance to the ferry and the harbour, good for night walks. Staff friendly & helpful. ^^

• Prefect location; terrible hotel room

  When we step into the room, we were so disappointed to the room conditions (especially we paid quite a lots of $$$ for that). The room with very bad smell, beds seems gonna to collapsed, the washroom is dirty (either bathtub / washing area / toilet bowl water unable to flow way?), the room key always blocked due to don't know what reason. We got 3 rooms, all are with very bad smell. When I called to ask if there is any ?non-smoking? room and the staff told me all the rooms are non-smoking. And, the staff only passed me one air-perfume to spray if I couldn't stand the smell. My parents? room smelled like there was died body in the room ?? We got the right to change to other rooms but it is only slightly better than before. The most ridiculous thing was, early in the morning while we still on bed, the cleaner already open the door for cleaning purpose. But, I think they were just try their luck to ?visit? us earlier to get some tips before we all went out for whole day shpping. The only excellent thing is the hotel location is prefect. It is in the city area and u able to access to all the ?good? place in Hong Kong. The MTR is just across the road. There are nice places for food, shopping? Well, we will definitely not to stay in that hotel anymore. I have checked with almost same price I could get much better hotel at another good location. If u don't wish to spoilt ur mood, please don't put this in ur consideration.
