This hotel is poorly designed for noise, you hear every work and squeak from everything in the hallways and outside all night long. We didnt get one minute of sleep as people were constantly wandering the halls going to the casino or otherwise. Service was also very poor. The guest services couldnt tell me how to operate half the lights in the room. The front desk couldn t cash travellers cheques into US dollars and this was the only hotel that couldnt do this. They sent us to a bank that also wouldnt cash them and then we couldnt get back from the bank as the hotel had no guest transportation and no connection to any shuttle drivers. We had to wait almost an hour in a LINEUP to get a taxi back to our hotel less than a mile away. Big waste of time. Food was very poor quality and they made a mistake on both of our meals. The restaurant ambiance is very poor. We couldnt hear each other talk over the swearing and yelling of all the guys sitting at the bar waiting for the casino to open. We were one of the only tables and the waitress ignored us and folded napkins the whole time, never asked about our food and then left us for 20 minutes waiting for our bill and came back to ask why we were still there. So needless to stay this place has HORRIBLE serivce and is way overpriced. I don't have a single positive thing to say.

We really enjoyed this hotel. There was a large pool and the dining area was partly outdoors, partly indoors. It had a resort feel and our room was just a few steps from the pool. The only negative was that there was a party going on virtually every evening around the pool for larger groups and some mornings where they set up early. We were up early to go on tours but for most people this would be bothersome to have noise that early. I don't hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone but if you want quiet, ask for a room away from the pool area.

This is a clean, professional and friendly home away from home. Service is good and the staff greets visitors with smiling faces. The hotel however, definitely needs a gym/ exercise room. A tennis court would be fabulous.
