  I stayed at this hotel in January of 2009 on a recomendation from our rep. The location is good, but you can find much! much! better hotels for little more in the same airport vicinity. Internet range was poor if null, hotel is old and you can tell from the foe wood beds and 70's style phones. Noisy since its next to the highway. Breakfast was ok.

  The front desk is populated by smiling and inefficient persons. I was given a room where the balcony door did not close, then moved to a room where the air conditioning was noisy and had only one setting : heating, mind that the outside temperature, in March, was 95 F.Finally, after one hour moved to a room where the balcony could be closed and the air conditioning was working.The air conditioner did not have a thermostat,therefore at 2 AM you wake up half frozen. Every 2 days I had to go to the front desk to activate the room key. The food was terrible, the cook does not know what pizza means, although that is what they serve after 10 PM. If you are a non-smoker, beware, there is no separation between smokers and non-smokers in the dining room. By law the dining room should be a non-smoker area, but Brazilians don't care about that and the area is open to the lobby where everybody smokes.

  The people who work there are very rude end too much slowly! although we are in a non-smoke room, it smell cigarrete everywhere! i think it is the worst ...

  The people who work there are very rude end too much slowly! Although we are in a non-smoke room, it smell cigarrete everywhere! I think it is the worst hotel that I ever been in my life! Do not stay in there!
