I have been here twice. One could not ask for a more beautiful serene place. All stress and concerns are erased when you greeted with the bright smile of a Balinese then escorted across a suspension bridge surrounded by jungle and rice patties to a lily/fish pond on the roof of the main building. A few things I should mention -1) If you do not like to relax this may not be the place for you. 2) On the second trip we had our 5 year old child, I would not recommend this for a rambunctious child (there is a very fast river and a lot of high areas). If this is the case, I would choose Jimbaran Bay instead. 3) When offered the airport service (at a fee) take it!! You will be met at the plane and whisked past all lines. It is worth every penny, especially when you see all of your plane mates in a 100 person line. 4) If you have the time go to the Jimbaran Bay Four Seasons. Very different, but equal in service (or even a slight bit superior- Sayan is more hands off), food and things to do.
