Thia is our 3rd time staying @ Grape Bay. We like that its in a quiet neighborhood, tucked out of the way. The rooms are clean and the entire staff is very friendly. We travel around the whole island on scooters so we dont need a bar or resturant on site. We will stay there again next year.

We had bedbugs...staff said they werent then finally on last day when I captured a live one they closed the room...but too late me and my husband were already bitten up...took 1 month to go away and we still have scars!!! They were not even sorry..what a waste of money...we vacation to bda 1-2 times a year but this turned us off for a while. At one time bermuda was the best place to go...a litle pricey but you didnt mind...people were gracious and nice-but now...they ""let the bedbugs bite"" and dont care!!!Do yourself a huge favor and dont stay here!!

Color-enhanced photos of hotel and a beach photo of a neighboring Bermuda beach were just two disappointments encountered at Grape Bay Beach Hotel. If you are not interested in modern amenities, like central airconditioning, then Grape Bay Beach Hotel is for you. Loud, old and tired window units struggle to bring room temperature down a few degrees.

This is the type of place that you would stay at in a pinch .and than you would want to keep your clothes on . This place does not give all it promises Understaffed and under qualified personal working there. They have no manners and are very rude overall .

While we expected an average place for the price, this still fell below any reasonable expectation. The staff was nearly non-existent (perhaps everyone was on holiday), the rooms were not very nice, and the grounds needed LOTS of work. Still, it is Bermuda, and Grape Bay is located in a wonderful area. I love Bermuda, but stay away from here unless you're on a tight budget. The continental breakfast was simply sad.
