  I booked by the phone for two nights with taxi serivce once i reached the airport i can't read my name on the board which was with taxi driver. ...

  I booked by the phone for two nights with taxi serivce once I reached the airport I can't read my name on the board which was with taxi driver. I reached the hotel it was in very old and not clean area and the rate of taxi changed from what agreed by the phone it's go high.The staff didn't about the rate which we agreed about it.
