A very friendly and neat place and inexpensive

I was a little concern at first because i went alone and just wanted to feel secure in country so different than canada....anyways the Ocean tower suites were vere economic situated by the ocean ....the hotel people were extremely friendly and polite and you knew that they were looking after you...the area around could have been dangerous but for some reason people once they see you a few times you are very secure around there....the walks along the avenue were amazing the ocean further down is cleaner for swimming and the water is always warm...the air conditon in the condo was great but didnt use it due to the wonderful breeze coming in....my little kitchen i was able to buy shrimp and lobster and cook it . bought bottled water at the pao de acucar a grocery store not far and fruits great and amazing fish and the restaurants all around there great food and healthy and fresh and very cheap....i didnt care for the brazilian wine but the sangria was excellent ....great bargains at the markets every afternoon and night and all these things around the hotel....thank you cassia cassandra my friend aliab and rodrigo all clercks at the hotel ....the pool nice small but very clean i saw it done everyday and night...loved it and the morning coffee at the other hotel was amazing and waiters and waitresses very poliiite....the golden tulip was where i went for breakfast every morning included in my trip....thank you i shall return.
