We took a group of 18 people over for a missions trip. We were quoted on price and found out 2 days before leaving on our trip, that they changed our price to a much higher rate saying they had new management. We were told we could sleep 4 people per room, but then they said they would only allow 3 per room which meant we had to have more rooms. We ended up getting 8 rooms. 4 rooms had no air all week. I had a patio door which would not open, so they could get no ventilation in July, in the Tropics. They switched their room. 2 rooms leaked water down from the ceiling the whole time. Management did nothing about our complaints, and at the end tried to add another 26% fee onto our bill. The lobby and casino and restaurant are truly nice, but the third floor was terrible. The staff by and large were friendly and helpful. But management was not. Also the rooms are somewhat dated, and the beds leave much to be desired! Stay here and it is like the casino... a roll of the dice!
