From the moment we arrived, we felt at peace and relaxed. The grounds are spotless and beautiful. All of the bartenders were friendly and accommodated our every request. The staff was engaging and respectful. We felt so safe being there. The rooms were nice and offered a gorgeous view. There were quite a few people there, but we never felt like we were stepping over bodies. The beach area and beach side bar were also spectacular. We felt comfortable just relaxing there or joining in with the water sports. Most of the food was good. But the next time I would want there to be more consistent food options besides the buffet - we could not seem to find enough seafood or vegetarian options at the other site restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or a group of friends.

The Princess is a gorgeous resort and we regretted having to leave. The restaurants were all great! The room was beautiful and decorated with a fresh fruit basket and lots of fresh flowers! The beach was beautiful with an over abundance of lounge chairs and palapas. The grounds were manicured so perfectly and plush! The people were very accomodating and couldn't do enough for you. We will definetly go back to this resort.

The staff was extremely friendly, they would go out of the way to make you comfortable. Food was great although it would have been nice to order some snack food at the bars. The restaurants would alternate being open each night and the buffet would have nightly themes. I recommend getting to the breakfast buffet before 9am for the freshest food. The room was nice but you don't go on vacation to spend time in your room. The Animacion Team was one of the best parts of the resort. They got everyone involved in games and activities and had nightly performances and games in the main lobby. I would stay at this resort again.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were pampered. The food was EXCELLENT. Service outstanding.,Grounds ,Pool and Beach unbelievable... We have traveled the Carribean for 3 years and each destination is different but this place was outstanding. The rooms were spotless,staff smiling and friendly. The animation team was friendly ,not at all pushy and had fun things going on all the time , You could join in or sit back and watch. The one thing we discovered about the sister hotels that we had access to was they have a beautiful mangrove trail that is absolutely beautiful.we walked it in the morning and again at night when it was all lit up. This is truely a wonderful resort... FIVE stars!!!! the only CON:::: people putting towels on pool and beach chairs to reserve them and then they did hardly use them.... not the hotels fault people have no class !!!

Went here May 2008 and had a great time. The room was beautiful, food was great, staff was excellent especially at the swim-up bar bartender, and the beverages were unbelievable. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
