• Effective on May 1, 2007 all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties must have the primary occupant and the credit card holder as a minimum age of 25 years for all new bookings for all properties/lodges.
• Security Policy
• A signed valid credit card pre-authorization of 250 - 1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee.
• Personal cheques and cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.
• Check in hours are Mon to Thu 3pm - 7 pm; Fri/Sat - 3pm to 11pm and Sun - 9am to 5pm. Afterhours check in at: Northstar (when open) 604-938-9666 otherwise at Glacier Lodge once Northstar is closed.
