It was unveiled in 1992 and honours all those in Mississauga who fought to keep Canada free. One can appreciate the memorial day or night, because it is illuminated year-round by lighting that comes on at dusk. For a change of pace and a bit of activity, stop by the Skatepark on Matheson Boulevard.
