  Whoever is going to Santa Ana(Orange County) Airport, DO STAY AT THIS PLACE!! I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option for my package and it turned out it was one of our best choice my friends and I made for our trip. Location is nice, surrounded by other hotels. All of the the staff are incredibly nice and free breakfast provided was excellant. Rooms are clean and definitely worth the small sum we paid for. I would recommend this place to anyone heading to Orange.

  Great location for Disneyland, Los Angeles, San Diego day trips. Room was much better than expected, grounds were clean and well kept, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than at other hotels. Orange County was clean and safe with many restarants, shopping centers and historic places of interest. Very easy to get to.

  Our travel plans changed and this hotel would not change our reservation and would not reduce the price in any way. The representative at online travel website talked to them and I dealt with the managemengt and they were unyielding not pleasant to deal with. Do not stay at this hotel there are several others in the area that would have to be better.

  I checked into a handicapped room. Parking was ok with ramps for handicapped people. There was nothing but shower rods in the room that made it for handicapped people. The beds were extremely high and brick hard. The beds were so hard that my whole body hurt after sleeping on them for days afterwards. I even used all six pillows off of both beds to try to pad the bed to make it more tolerable. The shower was a combo bathtub/shower and the step over the side of the bathtub into the shower was extremely high. Not being able to lift my legs very well, it was next to impossible to get into and out of the shower. The sink was high and very long, making the use of it almost impossible, even if I wasn't handicapped. Also, there was a small table to put my laptop on and free high speed internet was advertised, however, the connections were spotty - it would start to work and then cut off. The staff tried replacing the connections but it changed nothing. I eventually ended up shutting my laptop off and not using it at all. I did order out for one meal, the service was fast, the food was cold. Also, there was no table to eat on, forcing me to eat on the bed, which was inconvenient and messy because the beds were so high that getting onto them fully was impossible for me, being handicapped and unable to get up onto something that high without great difficulty. There was even one night where there was a knock and run at 2:30am. Their advertised ""hot breakfast"" was served cold every morning. They did have a variety of cold items to choose from. Seating was extremely limited in the dining room.

  I love this hotel. This was the 4th time I stayed there. The hot breakfast is great. The staff is awesome. AND the bed are sooo comfortable. The rooms are big and VERY clean. I would DEFINATELY stay here again.
