  Only stayed in the hotel from late evening to early morning to sleep. The bed was wonderful and the room was quiet. No issues at all with this hotel. Furniture was a little worn and tub needed a liner or texture since it was quite slippery.

  1. Front desk was profession and friednly. 2. Did not use room service used restaurant! 3. Overall hotel experience did not meet our standards. It was way below acceptable. 4. The room needed renovation YEARS ago. (chippped furniture, stained rug, upholesterd chair need to be thrown out, desk chair much too large for size of room.) 5. The best employee was X the bar server! She was friendly, kept up on the happening in the cocktail lounge. We will never stay at a FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON again!

  After a great stay on a previous date, we decided to stay here again and had the same great experience. After arriving late morning at the hotel, they let us check into our room very early with no charge, which was nice since a nap was very needed. This hotel will only get better with the mall expanding to directly across the sidewalk from the hotel lobby.

  I was very disappointed with this hotel and would definately not recommed to a friend. no refrigerator/microwave. could rent a refrigerator for $10/day. must get check in and ...

  I was very disappointed with this hotel and would definately not recommed to a friend. No refrigerator/microwave. Could rent a refrigerator for $10/day. Must get check in and out of parking lot by using a card. Breakfast was almost $15/person (do yourself a favor and go to Denny's - 1/2 mile away). Internet did not work in lobby for the entire stay. Staff lacked attentiion to detail (remote in exercise room did not work. When I asking the staff about fixing, the person said that they needed to order one because they knew this one was broken). Bathroom was very small. 100% fee charged for cancellation of room even if more than 1 day in advance.

  Stayed here attend funeral services in Long Beach and Venice Beach. I found the hotels location to be very convenient to the airport, interstates, and shopping as well. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Being from LA, not L.A, I needed help with directions everytime I walked out the door. They printed me maps and gave me phone numbers to my destinations in case I got lost. I found the price to be very reasonable for the accomodations. My only regret was that there was no microwave in the room. There is a great Mandarin restaurant around the corner, and I had to eat my leftovers cold. Also, I would prefer the hotels I frequent to not offer ANY adult entertainment, and if they must, to make it a little more 'hidden' instead of right there in your face. Otherwise, great stay.
