  We couldn't have had a worse experience... I booked because of the "heated pool" and jacuzzi. Both of which were out of order for at least a month according to the front desk clerk. The hotel is directly adjacent to the 101 freeway so we heard traffic noise all night. The onsite restaurant was closed under going renovations... the heater/AC was either one or the other so no comfortable setting either too hot/too cold the entire time. I ended up just turning it off... You couldn't get NBC on the TV.. TV's really old standard definition 32" ones... Come on folks and upgrade. Had booked a king bed with fridge and microwave... when we checked in they gave us a room with double beds.. we had to make them move us. I would say never use this one if you can avoid it..

  There are very few hotels around the SFO. The rooms are clean but the place needs a paint job-specially all the hotel room doors. Large dogs are allowed and they mess up the grass. The hotels is next to a produce warehouse and Caltrains run next to it. One washer/dryer in the whole hotel! No computer in the lobby.

  I spent 6 nights here while getting my daughter settled in College. She was with me for two nights. Very spacious clean and staff is super. got on the shuttled everyday back to airport to get on the BART into San Fran. Hotel is calm, and peaceful and great hot tub - i would definitely stay again

  This is such a terrible hotel. Pictures are deceiving on website. The beds were as hard as a rock. Not "comfy." Stayed in the 2nd building even though I made request to stay in main building. Second building is run down. No internet unless you are in the main building. Train noise was not bad. The hotel is next to an Onion warehouse. Hope you like the smell of onions and staying in South Central ghetto fabulous type hotel. The room was filled with cleaning chemicals. I guess they wanted to hide a certain smell. I thing they did accomadate was early check in at 11:30am.

  The room was comfortable enough, bed not bad but a little lumpy near the phone 'usual reason'. The TV was an old CRT with the red gun messed up. My associate's room was the same, bad TV etc. No plastic inner wrap for the ice bucket as well as a inoperative ice machine on our floor. The portion La Quinta Inn SFA, North of the motel I was roomed in was about one block from the lobby, accross three sets of railroad tracks, next to a factory. Well it is near the airport. When trying to gain access to the building we discovered our keys wouldn't work. The exterior door requires a key to gain entry into the building. We were let in by some men smoking by the door. Our rooms wouldn't open either. I called the clerk and within 15 minutes a maintenance man appeared and reset the locks and gave us new keys. The wait was bad as there was no place to sit while waiting, plenty of places to put a few chairs, but none were available. We did get a restful nights sleep until being awakened by a train wizzing by at about 5am. It is close to the airport. Calls to the front about the icemachine, plastic insert and bad TV were met with apoligizes but no promise to fix them. Plenty of towels and such and they were clean. Free internet.
