  It was a motel 6 replica; not what i would expect from aaa. worse, the bathroom door overlapped onto the wall past the door frame so it wouldnâ??t shut. ...

  It was a Motel 6 replica; not what I would expect from AAA. Worse, the bathroom door overlapped onto the wall past the door frame so it wouldnâ??t shut. I was put in a smoking room after specifically reserving a nonsmkg due to my little girls asthma. I was told I could get a nonsmkg room for an extra $*. When I showed them my confirmation letter with a nonsmk, they said they couldnâ??t do anything about it. Their response, â??It was rented out by mistake and by the way, we donâ??t have any nonsmkg rooms availableâ?. When I asked about the free internet (so I can search for another hotel), I was told we need the wires. Oh, the best, who wouldnâ??t like to have a cup of Joe while taking a crapper? Really.. a coffee pot in the bathroom?? Even for the Clampettâ??s.

  The rooms were standard, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Friendly, immediately took care of any requests. the Jacuzzi was clean and warm, not too hot. The property has a surveillance camera in the pool area, with a monitor in the office. It gave a sense of security that helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood felt safe. It's located close to shopping and food. The freeway is easy-on, easy-off. We will definetly use it again and reccomend it to others

  We stayed for 3 days to visit disneyland for my niece first experience. although she won't remember this but we will. This hotel was in a safe location and well centered to our needs. It is well Kept and the pool was well appreciated by my niece.

  I stayed here after leaving another hotel in the area. This place was such a breath of fresh air. Check is was at 1pm so I called about 9am and the lady on the phone was so helpful, that she told me to come over whenever I wanted to that a room was ready for me. When I arrived it was on a busy street but a good location for the 5,605,105 freeways. I went to lobby to check in and everything was very neat and the lady was extra nice. I got up to the room which was a single king bed room. The room was super clean especially the bathroom. They had internet access in all rooms when you bring your ethernet cable. I slept well and was never bothered when I put the do not disturb on my door. I called and asked for an extra pillow and within 5 mins the maid was at the door with the pillow asking if I needed anything else. Everyday when I left, I put the please service room and when I got back everyday the room was super clean. The maid service was great and so was the customer service. It has a pool and a hot tub in the back which looked very clean. This is a great place to stay especially for the price. I would defently return again. This best western also had a huge parking lot, so no concern for not having a space.

  Very clean rooms, near but not in Los Angeles, near major highways (easy off, easy on). Hotel staff was not very knowledgeable about the area, did not know how to get anywheres. OK continental breakfast, pool and hot tub very clean. I would recommend this place.
