  Hotel staff very friendly gave us directions to find a nearby walgreens late at night. About 3/4 mile from front gate at disneyland which made the hotel shuttle extremely conveniant, the shuttle runs every hour, if there is not enough room they will make another trip right away, it seems they will not leave you waiting long. The rooms themselves were what you paid for not the greatest but not the worse, we had no problems during our stay. We acutally had two rooms, both identical but one seemed to have a musty smell went away after a short while (or we just got used to it). One thing is that the disneyland fireworks seem to go off right on top of the hotel but unless your a light sleeper at 9:30 at night nothing to complain about, great view of the fireworks from the swimming pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

  I used this room to visit Disneyland, in really I slept and take a shower in it. But I found a room clean and the bathroom was really clean, like new. Good location, like 15 minutes walking from the hotel and 3 minutes in car. They have a shuttle service every half hour, I don't use it, but the service was available. Pretty close you have few restaurants, services stations and a Mexican Market where serves excellent food for nothing. They provided free internet service. Is not a Hilton but is an excellent choise if you are on budget.

  Not knowing the area I went with a chain I had points with and within walking distance to Disneyland. We did walk one day, a 10 to 15 min walk, which was easy to do when you consider we stood in line for 90 min for Indiana Jones. We took the shuttle two days because we had my 76 year old mother with us. They could use a bigger shuttle, it got crowded at times. We had a suite, I was expecting two rooms, it was one oversized room. The breakfast room is small but food was okay for a quick bite to get you going. Overall, stay was ok but would try someplace different next time just to try something different.

  The good: it was cheap, the staff was very kind and helpful, close to Disneyland, hourly shuttles were awesome. The mediocre: the breakfast was just o.k., the pool wasn't very clean but the kids thought it looked like a Mickey Mouse head. The bad: the sheets were thin and holey, the towels were very old and scratchy, and a walk from the bed to the bathroom made your feet black.

  my girlfriend and i booked this hotel with the impression that it was right next to the park, thats basicly what the hotel staff would have you believe. we show up to check in and we both realize that were not close at all. I ask the guy at the front desk if its close enough to walk to the park he says to me; "" yeah its 2 blocks"". he failed to mention that the 2 blocks is over half a mile..
