  This hotel is definitely high class and very elegant. Had a great stay. Only surprises were the extra fees for internet usage and parking. Otherwise a very comfortable stay, very conveinent to places I needed to go to. The staff was very helpful.

  Spent 5 nights here. Loved the room - modern design. Clean. Beds and pillows were heavenly! Even though it is next to the airport, we never heard a plane. Staff was friendly and helpful. Self-parking in garage was $18 a day, but I think you have to pay for parking at most hotels at this level. Bathroom was clean. Food in bistro was not that good and overpriced, but there is a Denny's around the corner with great food. Overall, it was a great hotel and a great base for travels in LA. Great hotel for a dream vacation.

  I was there for four nights, staff was very attentive and friendly. Restaurant has excellant food and waitstaff. Had a problem with my key and security was swiftly at my room to solve it.I come here once a year for business and always look forward to it.

  Stayed for ten days paid 18 dollars a day for parking. then on second to last day they canceled my parking pass because they thought we were leaving that day. ...

  Stayed for ten days paid 18 dollars a day for parking. Then on second to last day they canceled my parking pass because they thought we were leaving that day. The probem was that the had our rooms mixed up with someone else on the same floor. My family had to wait out in front of the room for 30 minutes and I was stuck in the parking garage for 30 minutes while security went up to our room like we were criminals. Stay away. Did not apologize or make any restitution. Also room service could not get our order right and it was just salads that cost 16 dollars. Did not tell us that the pool would be closed for repairs the whole time we were there.
