  We stayed here for 1 night and thankfully were only in the bed for about 5 hours before waking to an unexpected phone call.both beds were infested!the hotel ...

  We stayed here for 1 night and thankfully were only in the bed for about 5 hours before waking to an unexpected phone call.BOTH beds were infested!The hotel comp'd the room & we filed a report with the San Mateo Health Board.3 days later my skin broke into a severe,itchy rash from head to toe!I am still getting rid of the bumps from those nasty bugs!Look up Bedbugs on U Tube before staying at any hotel.These relentless bugs are easily transportable.

  We chose this hotel, based upon the written description given. the key point was the statement of a 24 hour shuttle from the airport, as our flight landed after midnight. ...

  We chose this hotel, based upon the written description given. The key point was the statement of a 24 hour shuttle from the airport, as our flight landed after midnight. We contacted the hotel as directed and were told the shuttle would be there shortly. Long story short ourselves and another guest waited one hour and 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the hotel! Many phone calls were made, to the hotel and we were told, the shuttle should be there any minute. When the shuttle did arrive the driver proceeded to tell us he had went on his break soon after the hotel contacted him. We finally got to the hotel at 2:45 am. Traveling with two young children and having been told stories by the hotel for over 2 hours was infuriating.

  It was a nice, clean, inexpensive place to sleep. It was close to the airport and about a half hour from downtown. If you are wanting to hang out in the hotel, this probably isn't the place you want to stay. We also had a great view of the city being on the 5th floor. Took the room with 2 doubles instead of the king. Beds were a little stiff but okay.

  My husband and I needed a room close to the SFO airport in order to make an early flight yesterday morning. I am so glad that I found this Red Roof Inn. Our room was spacious and clean. While there was no in room coffee, a quick trip to the lobby more than took care of our caffeine addiction! We did get lost while trying to find the Inn, however a call to the front desk got us there in no time. When back in the area, we'll definitely stay at this Inn again. I highly recommend it!

  We arrived at the Inn around midnight. Our room was waiting for us - it was clean and adequate. The ironing board was broken and we reported this the next morning. We will definitely use the Red Roof Inn again.
