  Was very happy with this establishment. The front desk people were very helpful and always wore a smile on their face. The rooms were clean and you get a sense of comfort and safety as well. If I was to visit Torrance again I would book at this hotel again.

  Due to problems with our reservation at the holiday inn in san pedro, our group of 7 ended up at this hotel. it was definitely an upgrade from san pedro! ...

  Due to problems with our reservation at the Holiday Inn in San Pedro, our group of 7 ended up at this hotel. It was definitely an upgrade from San Pedro! The staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were roomy and clean, and the restaurant was excellent. All of this and the price was very affordable.

  I have never stayed at a hotel where everyone was so accomodating. the ginger cafe was excellent. i highly recommend it and will absolutely stay there again!!

  Booked our stay for christmas eve to 25th. the room was not thoroughly cleaned. my 3 year old found a tin of tobacco in the corner near the air conditioner ...

  Booked our stay for Christmas eve to 25th. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. My 3 year old found a tin of tobacco in the corner near the air conditioner and almost ate it! Also no bathrobes. Old fixtures. Dirty/old carpet. Small room. No buffet breakfast. Sucks big time
