  Great deal for the price! clean room, spacious, and very friendly staff. would definately recommend to visitors of san francisco who desire a reasonable, clean safe place to stay.

  I only stayed 1 night but was very pleased with the accomodations and would stay again. clean room with newer carpets, contemporary bedding and furnishings, very comfortable bed, good size ...

  I only stayed 1 night but was very pleased with the accomodations and would stay again. Clean room with newer carpets, contemporary bedding and furnishings, very comfortable bed, good size room, clean outdoor jacuzzi, and pleasant staff. Great value for the price. Although they do not have a restaurant onsite, they do offer food delivery that has good quality hot food.

• Seasoned traveler says "NO WAY" on this place

  I used hotel points for this room and still wouldn't make this mistake again. i wish i would of spent the money to stay at the embassy suites- room ...

  I used hotel points for this room and still wouldn't make this mistake again. I wish I would of spent the money to stay at the Embassy Suites- room smelled of stale smoke, outdated furnishings, poor attitude of night clerk and airport shuttle driver. Don't be fooled by the nice photos on the internet of the lobby- the lobby is the fine-it's the rest of the facility that needs to be updated like the lobby.

  Good location (about 3 miles from san francisco airport), free shuttle bus from and to air port
  - the door reader was not working poperly, i spent at least two ...

  - good location (about 3 miles from San Francisco Airport), free shuttle bus from and to air port
  - The door reader was not working poperly, I spent at least two to three minutes trying to get into the room, the bed was not that comfortable, the sink knob was so loose, the bathroom vent was not working, the heather was not working poperly, and....many more things
  - one of the shuttle bus driver had a very bad altitude, he came to pick up us late and got mad at us while we try to load out stuffs on the bus. In a hurry, I mistakenly pull out the wrong bill for the tip..before I take it back..he jerked the money, yelled, and slamed the door at our faces.
  - I would not stay there again event if it is cheap.
