  we stayed at this hotel for my friends wedding. didn't have to drive after the party. even had an after party in their restaurant. such a wonderful hotel with very accommodating staff. so accessible and parking is free. love it! love it! love it!

  Staff was wonderful. Hotel is getting ready to undergo Renovation but the staff went way out of their way to make our stay like a 5 star Hotel. The staff is the most courtous and professional that i have come across in a Long time. Great Job Holiday Inn SFO North keep it up.

  everything just went well when i stayed at this hotel for my bowling tournament in daly city. very convenient and easy access to the freeway. hotel staff were all nice and friendly. i loved the restaurant. i actually invited my team mates to hang out there which was perfect coz i didn't have to drive after a couple of drinks.

  Every night we had to call down to the front desk just to get towels. Unless you speak fluent spanish, dont expect to carry on a conversation with the staff except for the front desk. EVERYONE that we spoke to with the exception of the front desk personnel spoke absolutely NO ENGLISH! The bathrooms were filthy, mold and dirt still on the floor after housekeeping supposedly cleaned it and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom They dont offer any complementary coffee in the lobby. I was told that if I wanted coffee, I would have to go back to my room and make some or I could purchase a cup at the restaurant for some ridiculous price like $3.00 a cup. The only GOOD thing is that there is a complementary shuttle to the airport where you can catch BART and go into San Francisco for $5.15 each way. We will definitely stick with Marriott from now on. It's worth the extra money that a marriott charges for the services it offers.

  My wife and I stayed here at the end of a vacation in SF and Pebble Beach. It was convenient to our early morning next day flight out of SFO. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was OK but its service was SLOW! Probably a good choice for business near the airport or for a quick stay near the airport.
