    This hotel is awesome. Beautiful comfortable room. The front desk staff was friendly. The bellhops were friendly. Price was great. I am planning another trip very soon and plan to stay there again.

    Front desk not very friendly.the ice machine was in trrible condition and not working.the parking gate waa open wen it supose to be close etc.

    Great value! this holiday inn was very clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. this will be my lax hotel choice in the future!

    When we rolled up from lax in out car rental, i was wondering if the out side of this older hotel and location may have been the right choice. once ...

    When we rolled up from LAX in out car rental, I was wondering if the out side of this older hotel and location may have been the right choice. Once inside I swept that thought far away. The hotel has a nice make over in all of the rooms and lobby. Pool is small quite and clean. The conse. Hooked us up with a limo to the cruise terminal for the same price with 4 on the supper shuttle. The night time bartender was very attentive and friendly. Desk help was above average. Beds are pillow top of the line and very comfortable. Flat screen TV was fuzzy; a quick call to the desk and the problem was fixed via new cable. Location is 25 miles from lunch in Malibu direct access to major freeways. Great Value!

    Great bed and pillows. room had a slight musty smell but not bad enough to change rooms. rooms are small...would not recommend for a family but for business/layover ...

    Great bed and pillows. Room had a slight musty smell but not bad enough to change rooms. Rooms are small...would not recommend for a family but for business/layover travel was great. Even though very close to the airport room was very quiet. Shuttle goes to 3 or 4 hotels so leave enough time. Would have been nice to have a secure network for the wireless wifi. Nice happy hour...can eat at the bar.
