  We stayed in hotel 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful if you need anything extra. There is no breakfast tho and internet was blocking us from certain websites and front desk had no clue why. It was very helpful to have a fridge in the room. Would def stay again however we have concerns about the internet access.

  The hotel and service was excellent! We were there for a business weekend and everything was wonderful. The rooms were being remodeled, so there was no info on area activities, restaurants, etc. We relied on recommendations from Front Desk people and they were very accomodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was heavenly, especialy after our cross country trip from NY that day. Limo service was also friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced.

  I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was wonderful - gave us door to door directions from MapQuest and recommendations on sights to see. The rooms were clean and very comfortable! I loved having a balcony. The hot tub was WONDERFUL (they are getting ready to retile - this week I believe). Pool was nice as well. Did not eat at the hotel, but coffee was always fresh and available all day. Also, conveniently close to South Coast Plaza, which is a MUST see for all travelers visiting this area. The hotel is a great value!
