  My company did not book this hotel for me, but my customer I visit recommand this hotel. The hotel staff are wonderful, especially the new bar and grill service. I can't forget about the free local shuttle service and they do offer free internet not like other crown.

  We were mostly happy with the hotel. It was clean, pleasant service, but we found it ridiculous that they charged for wireless internet. We have stayed at much cheaper hotels and have never had to pay to use wireless internet.

  Was very nice and was able to sleep soundly with the sleep mask, lavander linin spray, and sleep cd they gave us. also was close to disneyland about a 10 ...

  was very nice and was able to sleep soundly with the sleep mask, lavander linin spray, and sleep cd they gave us. also was close to disneyland about a 10 minute drive and was close to resturants and drug store. pool was cold though. overall it was a good value for the money and i would stay again. decore nice too.

  Stayed there for about a week. Enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Staff was very professional. For me it was perfectly located being that I was checking my son into Fullerton College. The pool was being renovated. Wish it was operational but the spa was great. Thanks for the great deal.

  Maid only made the beds, never vaccumed or replenished the toiletries had to contact front desk to get more supplies. ac unit did not work had to call maint 3 ...

  Maid only made the beds, never vaccumed or replenished the toiletries had to contact front desk to get more supplies. Ac unit did not work had to call maint 3 times before they replaced it with a noiser one. Had the room next to us occupied with kids that were very noisey and loud had to contact front desk again and nothing was done. Restaurant was very pricey.
