  Easy to find location, quick and friendly check-in, didn't have double queen room available so hotel offered king suite. Definately was enjoyable with 2 TV's and big kitchen. No DVD player though. Bathroom was clean but needed a new bathtub because there was a lot of rust around drain, kind of afraid to take a bath, stuck to showers. Excellent continental breakfast, a lot of choices for food and drink. Needs one more waffle maker. Pool and spa were great. Drive to Knott's Berry Farm was quick and easy. Same for Disneyland. Didn't go to the beach but sure it wouldn't take long to get there. I would definately recommend this establishment and would almost stay here again!!

  For one week in January 2009, my husband and I stayed in a King Suite (not deluxe) while in California for the commissioning of the USS Green Bay in Long Beach. Our stay was great! Of course we had to drive but in California that's just what you do. My elderly mother-in-law and her sister took the shuttle to Disney which worked perfectly for them. We drove and it was an easy drive. We also drove only a few blocks to the Los Alamitos horse race track. The suite was very nice and roomy for two people. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Sink and vanity outside the bathroom which I always like. We always felt safe. Full size refrigerator, dishes, etc. Breakfast was also very good. We were disappointed when we had to leave early (4 a.m.) and missed it. Staff was very attentive to any needs we had. Other relatives stayed at a Holiday Inn West in Anaheim and that wasn't nearly as nice and cost them more. Plus the area didn't seem as safe. Definitely would go back there.

  This is a good hotel in a nice area for a decent price. Get the Exec. Suite as the bed is wonderful and you get free internet. Don't forget to ask for the unlimited calling plan. Hotel has a nice pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is decent and social hour is pretty good as well. Lot's of good restaurant's in the area--try the Original Fish Market at Katella and Los Alamitos. Only areas of improvement that I note is hotel should invest in an upgrade that allows for quick check-out. Would also like to see one of those massaging shower heads in the tub as water pressure is not always premium.
