  ----After staying elsewhere during our vacation in Seattle were very pleased with the quality of the facility. Immediately felt at home. Spacious, clean room, a bathtub and a shower to satisfy both our preferences, clean well- adorned hallways and elevator. Staff very friendly. A few additional amenities available (shampoo, travel items). Given a typed summary of nearby restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. ---After two days of restaurant eating only, we were happy to shop at nearby grocery and just prepare our meal in the delightful kitchen. All needed pans, dishes, and utensils provided along with toaster and coffee maker (extra coffee pouches available at front desk). Sofa to lounge on, as well as a recliner. Even a DVD player had we wanted to watch a rented DVD. Bed was in a nook area making it feel more separated from the rest of the room. ---Iron and ironing board, spacious closet (mirrored on outside). ---Shuttle to airport not available until 7AM, therefore we felt we needed to move for the last night to accommodate our need for early AM flight. ---------WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!

  We booked through online travel website and paid ahead of time.
  The man (with earrings on both ears) at the desk "Mr. X" was very rude and he was arguing that online travel website is always bad and the hotel price we have been charged for is not correct on monday night (Aug. 20 '07). There was a distaste against us when he was talking to us.
  
  The next day morning (Tuesday/Aug 21 '07), we found that our rental car/SUV Toyota Highlander was broken and the 5 pieces of luggage we have kept inside for early checkout were stolen.
  The right front window was broken. The SUV was parked in front of the reception desk under a well lit lamp post.
  
  It was very bad and terrible that we lost all our belongings and had to go back home cutting short our trip.
  
  When we complained to the lady in the service desk area, she answered that it is common and it might happen to anybody, without even showing surprise or shock or any other emotions.
  
  We suspect that because of the room rate argument, those people planned the break-in.
  
  Also the room and the hallway were stinking like anything.
  Like a fish odor.
  Our room did not get cleaned everyday.
  
  To avoid such misfortune for other guests in future, someone should advise that this extended stay america at Oaksdale,Renton,Seattle should have security cameras or should hire security person to monitor at night.
  
  It is a not a safe and secure place to stay. Our life is at a stake if we stay at this place.
