  This hotel is in a great location, right accross the street from Fresno State and not too far from the mall. Many dining options in the area. Staff was helpful with directions and receiving faxes. Hotel was quiet and clean. I would stay again if only for the staff. I was impressed with the Front Desk. They were also willing to work with me with many changes to my reservation.

  Hotel is medium in size with rooms on 3 different levels. Main desk is friendly and helpful with the lobby being quite large. Room was large, clean, comfortable, and most important - handicap accessible. We parked just outside the room so it was a short walk to take in baggage and manage a wheelchair. Our room had two large queen beds that were very comfy. The bathroom is large and well apportioned with plenty of towels and easily accessible. Air conditioner kept the room at a very comfortable temperature, especially with the Fresno heat in the high 90's. Refrigerator worked especially well - kept my soda at a very cold temp! Continental breakfast was adequate - danish, bagels, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, juice, and waffles - if you get there early. The breakfast room was sparce but adequate for the intent and was wheelchair accessible. The college is close, as well as lots of great dining opportunities. We enjoyed the Old Spagetti Factory for dinner our first night, and my son loved having a 7-11 walking distance for his slurpee. Will defenitely choose to stay here again my next trip up:) Advice - if you know you're staying here, call ahead to let them know if you need special accomodations and they are more than gracious at taking care of you!

  I was a bit concerned after reading user reviews for this hotel. Our track team stayed here for a meet. The rooms have been remodeled very recently and the rooms are HUGE. Had room for my son's playpen and still plenty of room to move around. The service was GREAT! Happy, helpful employees were knowledgeable on the area and had good suggestions. We will stay again and do reccommend!!!
