  I stayed two nights for a business trip. When I entered my room I think it was in the high 90s inside. It took over an hour to cool down and because I arrived at 11:30pm it made for an unpleasant start to my rest. C'mon staff get it together and have the room ready for your visitors. The room itself was very pleasant and clean. Comfortable bed, cable tv, table for workspace, closet for clothing, coffe maker, refrigerator, and roomy. The only problem I really have with this hotel is that the freeway runs over the place literally!!! So you will hear every large vehicle that uses the 10 freeway. It literally runs directly over the pool/spa area and is a stones throw from the upper terrace rooms. Obviously you will not see pictures of the backside of the hotel in the previews because any normal person will begin to look elsewhere. I did use the spa. It was clean and the temp was perfect, but like I said...don't plan on looking at the stars overhead, rather the underbelly of the 10 freeway. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the ESRI campus (.4 mi) and the 10 freeway (on top of the hotel). If you stay here you will be happy if you bring a set of earplugs if you are a light sleeper. If you are a heavy sleeper like me, you will be able to adjust.
