  Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and quiet. We traveled with our 3 month old baby at the time and absolutely needed our room to be on the quiet side. Continental breakfast was served but don't have opinion as we didn't partake in breakfast. Free parking & free internet. One thing I didn't like was the closet location. It's a bit odd that it's right by the sink & mirror area and without a door. But overall it's a decent neighborhood and a decent price for a solid hotel with great staff.

  Clean rooms, accomodating staffs, nice food...i would highly recommend this hotel to my mom. two thumbs up!

  My mom and I spent two nights at Best Western Pasadena Inn and the whole experience was very pleasant. Starting with a friendly, knowledgable clerk when we checked in. Then with the cleaning staff who checked if we needed anything. We were also pleased to find out that continental breakfast was included. We enjoyed a nice breakfast from the generous and varied food offered. The last thing that stands out which was pleasing is that the location was very convenient, close to the freeway entrance and the places we needed to be at. Thank you Best Western!
