  carpets in room need to be cleaned, suite was very nice, breakfast was good, very friendly staff, wish it was easier to get to the 3rd floor then using the stairs,
  overall are stay was great. thanks! wish i would of found you earlier, been coming to palo alto every 2 weeks for 4 months due to my son being in the TBI unit at the VA hosipital (injured in Afghanstan War) Great Value. very relaxing.

  On this vacation we traveled many miles throughout the Southwest and stayed in many hotels. We stayed in other brand hotels along with Best Western and without question this was the worst night stay.
  
  Here are a few of the issues we encountered:
  1)\tThe wrong room configuration was given to us, we reserved a room with two Queen beds. Upon check-in a King bed room was presented to us. This reservation was made two months in advance.
  
  2)\tUpon clarification of the reservation, the desk clerk (she was very helpful and accommodating) gave us two rooms with King Beds.
  
  3)\tOne room was unclean and the toilet seat had old urine stains. Furthermore, the sleep sofa when open had a dead roach on the bedding.
  
  4)\tThe room was swapped for us and the next room?s air conditioner changed to heat in the middle of the night.
  
  In our opinion this hotel was not up to the Best Western standards, as my granddaughter named it ?Worst Western?.

  my dad was in standford hospital and we had to come up for the week-end, we expected a smelly hotel at a high rate. BIG surprise this is the most cleanest and nicest place we have ever stayed. rate was good also. Thank You again.

  We stayed at BW for the weekend with about 15 others for the Dave Matthews Band show. Our hotel was very accomodating, even the manager played DMB all weekend on the radio & by the pool. We had a great stay! BW Rocks!!
