  We found the Ruby Inn swell years ago, and come back as often as we can. The rooms are well kept up very clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful, and the staff is very knowledgable about the ava. I would recommend it to anyone!!! We only wish we where closer so we could come more often

  Good location for side trips, very friendly staff, building is well maintained, quality furnishings. your picture on the internet dose not do you justice.

  Bridgeport, CA is not really some place you find yourself on a regular basis. If you do happen to find yourself in necessity of a place to bunk in this one street town, the Ruby Inn is DEFINITELY it. This place is nothing special. It's your typical strip motel. One story, probably about 30 rooms, pop machine, heating/air, cable TV, decent sized rooms, wonderfully soft sheets. What makes this place special are 3 things: the owners, free wifi, and what else is in Bridgeport. The owners of the Ruby Inn are amazing sweet and accommodating people. They were very courteous during check in/out, gave me restaurant options in the area, chatted with me about why I was there and really seemed to like what they were doing. The free wifi is amazing. I don't even get cell service here. I literally just had the internet for outside communication and this was the only access to that service within about 50 miles. It's easy, secure and definitely an amenity that would bring me back. Lastly, when you drive up and down the ""street"" that is Brideport, you will find about 5 or so small motels. 4 out of those 5 look shady, dirty, and sort of scary. The Ruby Inn is extremely clean, well lit, tidy, warm and friendly. With nice people to greet you when you arrive, photos taken by the owner covering the walls of the rooms, and all of the amenities you'd expect out of a decent place, this place is definitely where you want to land if you find yourself in this neck of the woods.

  Bridgeport, CA is not really some place you find yourself on a regular basis. If you do happen to find yourself in necessity of a place to bunk in this one street town, the Ruby Inn is DEFINITELY it. This place is nothing special. It's your typical strip motel.
