  Not the fancies hotel, but very clean. Would definitely stay again. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was really nice and coffee was great. Very quiet area and easy access to the freeway and shopping.

  We had a flood in our house so we needed somewhere to stay until our house was back to living conditions. We found the Best Western Inn was perfect. We had a beautiful room over the pool with 2 double beds. The rooms are also supplied with a microwave and small refregerator which made life so much easier. The continental breakfast in the morning was delightful and so convenient for our 13 yr. old twin girls to eat before getting off to school each day. The management and employees couldn't of made us feel more comfortable. They always acted like they couldn't do enough for us! Very friendly!! The heated pool and very large jucuzi is an added extra plus for anyone staying here especially if you have kids. Very kid friendly place. One more added plus they have washers and dryers....very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if so needed or recommend to anyone

  The room smelled like cigarette smoke, all my clothes smelled like the hotel room when i unpacked them at home. the air from the air conditioner smelled like pet urine. ...

  The room smelled like cigarette smoke, all my clothes smelled like the hotel room when I unpacked them at home. The air from the air conditioner smelled like pet urine. The hotel charged an additional $ for 4 people in a room with 2 double beds, but did not provide enough towels for 4 people. The good thing about the hotel is that it is right off HWY 5, very easy to find. Easy on/off access to hwy 5.

  Hotel was priced even lower than normal due to pool reconstruction....our benefit for sure. price for what we got was exceptional. staff was excellent, check in etc seemless. moved ...

  Hotel was priced even lower than normal due to pool reconstruction....our benefit for sure. Price for what we got was exceptional. Staff was excellent, check in etc seemless. Moved one of my two rooms so they would be close together. Rooms were very nice for the price, not Doubletree or anything, but spacious, clean and new. Room was in good shape. Continental breakfast was fine, a bit lacking, but nothing significant to complain about. Checkout was smooth and easy. Parking was excellent, freeway access also superb.

  Very dissappointing stay at this best western, said they renovtaed, yeah the sheets and pillows, not enouh renovation. would never stay there again. absolutely disgusting.
