  The staff was very nice. Went out of their way to give us a good room. This place has a rather strange looking exterior but it is built around a lovely pool area. The rooms are roomy and well appointed. Enjoyed our stay.

  This place was spotless, even the bathroom. great neighborhood and stacks next door has great food. the pool was a pool. breakfast is included, but just cereal, bagels and juice. ...

  This place was spotless, even the bathroom. Great neighborhood and stacks next door has great food. The pool was a pool. Breakfast is included, but just cereal, bagels and juice. The shower is awesome. Right off the freeway, don't worry you can't hear it. Just 20 miles south of downtown SF.

  On my first night at the hotel the heater did not work in my room. The hotel staff kindly changed my room the next day, but since then I have not been able to secure a discount for the inconvience. The manager has not been available and has not returned my calls.
  
  Very poor customer service - I had spoken to the manager about a discount while at the hotel, he said he would look into it and had plenty of opportunity to adjust the rate while I was there and never did.
  
  Ignoring the issue does not make it go away!

  This is a nice hotel. I was in town on business and this place was recommended by a friend. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very very clean. The area is nice, a little old, but quiet at night. They have a taxi service that showed up 15 mins early everyday. I have never had a taxi come early for me.
  The staff is polite and very knowledgable. They recommended some really good restaurants in the area.
  
  Nice place. I will stay here again.
