  This hotel has a very friendly and professional staff. it's a wonderful value, especially for the suites. they're larger than some apartments.

  For so long this was the only choice in clovis--now there is a clean, non-smoking comfort suites just down the street. this best western is run like a ...

  For so long this was the only choice in Clovis--now there is a clean, non-smoking Comfort Suites just down the street. This Best Western is run like a half-way house and has a very rude staff. We didn't even stay, our room was so smelly (they had given away our gauranteed non-smoking room.) They didn't care about that, but said we would have to be charged for the night anyway, because it was too late to rent the room to someone else. Luckily our credit card company went to bat for us on that one.

  In 104 degree heat our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical short, filling the room with a horrible electrical fire smell. it ...

  In 104 degree heat our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical short, filling the room with a horrible electrical fire smell. It was replaced but manager would only adjust rate $10 and then $20 when we objected. Cleaning staff great. Manager (X) was rude and unhelpful with A/C adjustment and when internet connection went out in motel computer. Not worth the cost.

  This used to be the only choice in clovis, and so customer service is not important. they gave away my reserved non-smoking room and didn't seem to care. ...

  This used to be the only choice in Clovis, and so customer service is not important. They gave away my reserved non-smoking room and didn't seem to care. There is competition just down the street, much nicer and brand new.
