  We stay often when we visit family. this is definately the best place to stay in oroville for the price. staff has always been friendly. hotel does need upgrading. but ...

  Two separate visits. the first time i was given a room on the second floor and it was fabulous! everything looked brand new. second visit i was given a room ...

  Two separate visits. The first time I was given a room on the second floor and it was fabulous! Everything looked brand new. Second visit I was given a room on the first floor and the carpet was worn and dirty. Staff was also very rude this visit.
