  The wonderful staff was very understanding about our horrific experience with our previous hotel. We were allowed to check in an hour early which allowed us to get a two hour nap before the event we had traveled to Los Angeles for started. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the beach cities and there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It is also close to the 405 freeway. Good Price and Best Western Quality Service. Highly recommend.

  We came up from the fires in san diego county to escape from the fires, smoke and ash. we explained to the manager that we had a 20 pound dog ...

  We came up from the fires in San Diego County to escape from the fires, smoke and ash. We explained to the manager that we had a 20 pound dog and they said"leave your dog in the car overnight" We explained that we had everything we owned in the car and would have to open the windows and expose ourselves to theft. The manager told us too bad. I asked him if I could find a hotel that would accomidate our needs for only one night could he release us for charges...he said fax me proof and I will. I found a hotel 10 blocks away and hope that manager never needs help when the next big quake hits his city.

  Cleanliness was good. adequate number of towels. staff was friendly and helpful. the only improvement necessary is they should freshen the rooms a bit. when you first walk in there ...

  cleanliness was good. adequate number of towels. staff was friendly and helpful. the only improvement necessary is they should freshen the rooms a bit. when you first walk in there is a distinct stuffy smell.
