  I was a bit worried prior to booking this place based on some of the other reviews but i booked and hoped they were wrong. This place must have gone under a serious remodel since those older reviews were written. New furniture, 42" TVs, kids loved the heated pool, and very good breakfast spread. Overall i was pleasantly surprised and my family had an excellent stay here! Thanks.

  This place was clean, spacious and generally wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us great advise on places to eat and things to do. The rooms had really large TVs and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a treat with yogurts and eggs amongst other things. Good value overall and would return here in the future.

  Very large rooms were surprising, as was the 42"" flat screen TV in my room. The room looked like it was recently painted and upgraded with new carpets, furniture and beds which were comfortable. Outside needs a bit of work though since it looks tired. Location was great since we could walk to everything within a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again but bring some of my own DVDs so i can use the DVD player in the room with the TV!

  Where do i begin. the bathroom was gross with mildew, the shower wouldn't drain. overall it felt really dirty. the pool looked nice but we did not use it. ...

  Where do I begin. The bathroom was gross with mildew, the shower wouldn't drain. Overall it felt really dirty. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. On top of everything else, they charged my credit card twice and gave a hassle about refunding. I just went through the credit card company rather than deal with them.

  It was Dec when we stayed here, so very cold! The heat did not work in our room. It only pumped out cold air. The water in the shower would not get hot either. Kept going back and forth from cold to hot! We also found a complaint sheet in our room that the maids obviously missed! They had been complaining about the exact same things! The front desk didn't seemed concerned..and just said, "oh we are sorry"!
  They have very low, huge sconces on the walls in the hallway. My fiance hit his hand while putting on his jacket and bruised it very badly. He had to duck or walk around it everytime because it was right in his line of walking. Very dangerous. They also seemed unaware and not too concerned with that either! Maids left dirty laundry in hall for over 24hours! As if they forgot that bag of dirty sheets!? Would not stay here ever again!
