  The place over all was nice, easy walking distance to the beach, decorated beautifully. but one bed side light didn't work, the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't ...

  The place over all was nice, easy walking distance to the beach, decorated beautifully. But one bed side light didn't work, the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work, electric candles didn't work, the sheets pulled out when I turned in bed, and the worse was the mold along the edge of the tub. Our meeting room was hot one day and cold the next. I think it was an okay place but not worth the money. A little attention to details and I'd have a very different review.

  This hotel is absolutely beautiful with its recent renovation and roof top deck with view of Pacific Ocean at sunset was stunning. The rooms are spacious and very clean! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was great. I was traveling with a teenager who liked all the options for breakfast. We are already planning a return trip!

  Great location, really 99 steps to the beach. noisy rooms - pick a second level or higher. excellent complimentary breakfast. pool very small, but our kids loved it. ton of restaturants ...

  Great location, really 99 steps to the beach. Noisy rooms - pick a second level or higher. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Pool very small, but our kids loved it. Ton of restaturants and galleries just steps away. There are fast-food options as well near by. About 10 blocks away - grocery store- Ralphs. Very helpfull and friendly front desk personel. The beach is excellent and we spent most of our time there. We drove to downtown Laguna beach, but without small kids we could of walked about a mile and a half.

  We just got back from a stay at this hotel. It was very nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. Make sure you catch the sunset from the top floor it was amazing. Highly recommend.

  The hotel location is very convenient to the beach, just across the street. Parking below the hotel is free and convenient. We were given the choice of 2 different rooms upon check in and they gave us keys to both so we could choose. Both rooms were great w/2 queen beds and hot tub in each. We chose the one on the courtyard to stay away from the street noise. Linens, pillows and beds are very comfortable, much better than other hotels we have been to. The tile and color scheme in the room is very attractive. Free cont breakfast was basic, but good enough. When there are meetings scheduled, breakfast is served in the lobby rather than the meeting room. Breakfast in the lobby is a little tight on space, but this is no big deal as you can take breakfast back to the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. X printed mapquest for us from the lobby for our excursions to Tijuana & LA. Shopping is convenient w/ a CVS pharmacy and grocery store just a few blocks away. We would stay here again.
