  Oh my goodness, I booked this room because they allowed pets. After I checked in, the unfriendly desk person advised me that it would cost an additional $40 for pets. There was nothing on the reservation or the AAA description advising of the extra fee. Pet room had carpet, although my dogs are trained, it kinda grossed me out to think about other dogs in there. Could not sleep all night on that awful bed. Called for 4 extra pillows (there were 4 of us) could only get 2. I will never stay there again.

  The only positive thing about my stay was that the bed quality was good. Construction work blocked the handicap parking places and created lots of noise and dust. The pool was unheated and freezing. I had to kill several spiders in my room and had some sort of filth ground into the bathroom tile. They forgot my wake up call and had a snarky attitude when i mentioned it to the attendant the next morning. Also, the phone kept flashing that it had a message when it did not have one and the staff never cleared the light despite promising to do so. I would not stay there again.
