  Would not stay there again either, wish we'd read reviews before booking! room was dungeony, hot, 3 flights of stairs and expensive. not impressed, just very disappointed.

  The room we had was small. the queen bed pulled out from the wall and had one of the worst matresses i've slept on (broken springs too). there was ...

  The room we had was small. The queen bed pulled out from the wall and had one of the worst matresses I've slept on (broken springs too). There was a step up to get in the bathroom which was dangerous. The desk for business work was non-functional. The heat/cool didn't work well and the fan blew right on the bed. Attractive from the outside and descent breakfast, but wouldn't book it again.

  Staff was rude. used fowl language. no elevators to help handicapped individuals. staff not trained to answer questions. worst staff i have ever encountered.
