  There was a party going on and the staff would do nothing. finally at 3:00 in the morning we had to call the police because we had no sleep ...

  There was a party going on and the staff would do nothing. Finally at 3:00 in the morning we had to call the police because we had no sleep because of the noise. I complained to the staff and all they would do is say sorry said they were going to give me a discount and never did. I will never stay there again most horrible experience ever!!

  The hotel was very clean. Free parking was a plus. Pretty quiet. The pool was nice. When we asked for extra towels we had no trouble getting them. This hotel was a great deal and the staff is very friendly.

  run down neighborhood, very little parking and very small lot. Continental breakfast was few pkg rolls and poor coffee. My room was clean and price was good ~$65, but rates are higher now -not as good a value now!

  Other than its proximity to the racetrack (Santa Anita), the location of this motel does not have a lot to offer. The neighborhood is more than a bit rundown at the heels. As to the acommodiations, the room was clean but the beding was falling apart. The sheets were so old that one sheet had a hole in it as big has my hand. I have stayed at a number of Best Western Motels and this one was not up to par.
