  Fist time AARP TRAVEL User, AARP charged us 96.46 at a guaranteed lowest rate. once i arived home i found a double room charge from Best Western for the 1 night in the amount of 74.79, AARP customer service had no problem calling the hotel to get the lower rate refunded back to my amx, but ran around in circles when i asked about the difference. and *refused* to adjust my account. AARP TRAVEL told me: "next time you ( i ) should just call the hotel directly to secure the BETTER rate" buyer beware.. have stayed at this Best Western before, never have i had any issues with this Hotel, i will stay here again.

  Friendly staff, reminded us about free breakfast. convinient location, right off freeway, near shopping center, several fast food restaurants. had family in other hotels and preferred this one than theirs. ...

  Friendly staff, reminded us about free breakfast. Convinient Location, right off freeway, near shopping center, several fast food restaurants. Had family in other hotels and preferred this one than theirs. Would certainly stay there again. Highly recommend.

  This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we all slept well. The breakfast was very good--lots of choices including real scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, etc. The staff members we encountered were efficient and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

  Reasonable rates and a great room, and a suprisingly good breakfast spread in the morning. staff was attentive and nice. rooms were clean, pool was refreshing!
