  Our room was near a freight elevator that was used to take luggage to the second floor. It was extremely noisy until late into the night. Also, the person next door spent the entire evening on the phone and we could hear every word of the conversation, so the rooms are not even slightly insulated. The Best Western in Pollock Pines is much more quiet.
