  Room: it was hot when we got there, even with reservations. outside access, so no security with a big window. the floor was dirty and made my feet and shoes ...

  ROOM: It was hot when we got there, even with reservations. OUTSIDE access, so no security with a big window. The floor was dirty and made my feet and shoes black. It is too small for a wheelchair. We were constantly moving it. They said the only handicapped room was booked. The BATHROOM was too small for a wheelchair. There were no grab bars. The door almost touches the toilet and isn't far from the bathtub. Two of the towels were ragged and someone else's dirty, used towel was still on the bathroom door. We asked for a HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE, no smoking ROOM during the reservation process and told them about our service dog. When we arrived, they had us booked for the 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR !!! Good grief! It was 105 when we arrived, so we had to idle our van all that time. Why weren't these issues resolved during the reservation process? We get reservations ahead to avoid this kind of treatment. POOL: was warm enough to get some exercise and clean, even though it is outside. FOOD: continental breakfast had extras like boiled eggs and fresh fruit.

  ROOM: It was hot when we got there, even with reservations. OUTSIDE access, so no security with a big window. The floor was dirty and made my feet and shoes black. It is too small for a wheelchair. Then they harassed us about the SERVICE DOG and we waited 25 minutes at midnight while the desk clerk tried to contact the manager about putting us in a NO SMOKING room on the ground floor.   It is fairly clean and it is quiet. walls are thin but not unusually. no ethernet cable for internet, so bring your own. connection is slow but it gets the ...

  It is fairly clean and it is quiet. Walls are thin but not unusually. No ethernet cable for internet, so bring your own. Connection is slow but it gets the job done. Pool looks nice and clean. The Carls Jr. right next to it is very dirty. The motel serves its purpose

  the front desk rep was the most pleasant part of my stay, there were tons of problems with the rooms themselvs and she tried to help in all ways possible. i ended up going to americas best value in where the rooms were bigger and clean.
