  I'm big on customer service, the front desk agents that I had the chance to encounter are excellent. Very friendly, very thoughtful, and very informative. I lost the address to my destination and the FDA was more than happy to search for the address and offered to give me directions to there and call a taxi! very thoughtful. The Park Inn is walking distance from a Save Mart, and many restaurants. Just within a mile radius, I've seen everything i need and more. It doesn't hurt that the hotel is ~1 mile away from the Great Mall of the Bay Area and a nice shopping center in McCarthy Ranch. Great location. The property is well manicured, the rooms are great for the price! Towels are neatly stacked and of course clean. You get your basic amenities-and if you forget a certain something at home, the front desk will gladly provide you with the necessities-I forgot my deodorant and tootbrush, and surprisingly they provided me with both... and it's not even the generic kind. There is free Wi-Fi, the TV has ok reception, but the breakfast was more than I imagined. Not your average, bagel and butter breakfast. They provided: self serve waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, milk, coffee, juice, fruits, and more! Even if i had troubles outside of the property; It was definitely worth staying here and made my trip 10 times better knowing that It was like home away from home, and home is where you feel most comfortable. Will definitely come back if i'm in the area.
