  Started out ok.....but the final night of our stay hot tub was ice cold. At about midnight...a bunch of people started getting extremely noisy. I called the front desk and they said they would call the room...still noisy. Again I called at approximately 3Am after the party next door continued. They said they would call the room again...to no avail. No offer of moving them to another room since the hotel was only 1/4 full. Called again at 5Am when I ran into one of the guys from the party in the hall and told them to be quiet. Whatever happened to hotels kicking out people who are rowdy and loud. Of course they apologize in the morning...but I got no sleep that night and they did nothing to alleviate the problem. I have ran into this problem at comfort inns several times and they seem to have no policy in place to take care of these situations.

  If you have your car, this place is optimum. it is close to all dining places, shopping places, beach, pier, sea world, san diego zoo, .. etc. customer service is great. ...

  If you have your car, this place is optimum. It is close to all dining places, shopping places, beach, pier, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, .. etc. Customer service is great. Free breakfast is good.

  Not having ever been to san diego, i was unaware of location. there were beer cans in our lights outside the room that remained there when we left, they were ...

  Not having ever been to San Diego, I was unaware of location. There were beer cans in our lights outside the room that remained there when we left, They were supoosedly getting our room ready when we got there, however, when I folded the covers back, the pillowcases and sheets were all wrinkled as if they hadn't been changed at all. Definatley not a good place to stay with children!!

  Hotel was clean but a bit tattered. they were renovating some rooms. not much traffic noise, but the doors allowed hallway noise, so much so that we changed our first ...

  hotel was clean but a bit tattered. They were renovating some rooms. Not much traffic noise, but the doors allowed hallway noise, so much so that we changed our first floor room for one that was more out of the way. No exercise room, very basic breakfast.
