  This is one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had two adults and two small children in our room, making use of the pull-out couch and a hotel issued pack-n-play. They gave us tiny crib sheets and a mini hotel blanket for it. The front desk was great. The lobby area had free coffee in the morning, a nice lounge with a TV and two computers with internet and printers. The breakfast buffet included in our room cost was amazing and so was the staff that ran the breakfast area. The food choices were extensive and they'd also do made-to-order items as well as the buffet. My son has food allergies and the person running the dining area was super helpful and kind about it. Also the hotel is attractive on the outside and inside and is conveniently located along Contra Costa Blvd. and near the entrances to 680. There is a Rite-Aid, Boston Market, and other convenient stores in short walking distance.

  There were too many notes under the door .one of the notes was telling us not to put ""the do not disturb sign"" ont the door-it was 9:00am. ...

  There were too many notes under the door .one of the notes was telling us not to put ""the do not disturb sign"" ont the door-it was 9:00am. another complain was that we had to remove the luggage off the floor because they were going to clean the rugs.they never did them.
